Store policy

Orders are shipped Monday-Friday.  Please allow 1-2 day for processing before your order is shipped.

Due to the nature of the item, for sanitary purposes there are no refunds or exchanges.  In the unlikely event you receive a damaged item, we will gladly replace it.

Golden Glam is not responsible for incomplete addresses at check out so please make sure your shipping information is correct before checking out.
